1. Introduction
Welcome to NARRATA.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NARRATA website, applications, software, AI-powered tools, services, and related features (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of NARRATA, including free users, paying subscribers, visitors, and anyone accessing the Service.
2. About NARRATA
NARRATA is an AI-powered software platform designed specifically for YouTube creators.
The Service provides creator-focused tools including, but not limited to:
- AI-powered Script Analyzer
- AI-powered Idea Builder
- AI-powered Thumbnail Builder
- AI-assisted title generation
- Script rewriting
- Retention analysis
- Thumbnail strategy
- Packaging recommendations
- Additional AI-powered creator tools released in the future.
NARRATA is intended to help creators improve video packaging and audience retention.
The Service provides creative recommendations and AI-generated outputs but does not replace human judgment.

4. Eligibility
To use NARRATA you must:
- be at least 13 years old;
- be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to
purchase a paid subscription;
- have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- comply with all applicable laws.
If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and who is responsible for any payments made through your account.
If you are under the age required by your local laws to independently use online services, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
5. Your Account
To access certain features of NARRATA you must create an account.
Registration may be completed using supported authentication providers, including:
- Google
- Apple
- Email authentication
- Other authentication methods that may become available.
You agree that:
- all information provided during registration is accurate;
- you will keep your account information up to date;
- you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- you are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
- You must immediately notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Subscription Plans
NARRATA currently offers the following plans:

- 30,000 monthly credits

Subscription prices may change in the future.
Price changes never affect an already paid billing period.
Future renewals may be charged using updated pricing after reasonable notice.
7. Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription you authorize Stripe to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until your subscription is cancelled.
Payments are charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees.
NARRATA is not responsible for exchange-rate differences, bank fees, taxes, or charges imposed by third parties.
8. Credits
NARRATA operates using a monthly AI credit system.
Credits are consumed when using eligible AI-powered features within the Service, including but not limited to script analysis, idea generation, thumbnail generation, title generation, AI rewriting, and any future AI-powered functionality designated as credit-based.
Each subscription plan includes a fixed monthly credit allocation.

Credits:
- reset at the beginning of each billing cycle;
- do not roll over to future billing periods;
- expire automatically if unused;
- cannot be transferred between accounts;
- cannot be exchanged for money;
- cannot be resold;
- cannot be gifted unless explicitly permitted by NARRATA.
If a subscription expires or is cancelled, any unused credits associated with that subscription expire at the end of the current billing period.
For annual subscriptions, credits are not granted upfront.
Instead, subscribers receive a fresh monthly credit allocation during each month of their active annual subscription.
NARRATA reserves the right to adjust credit costs for individual features as new tools and capabilities are introduced.
9. Free Plan
The Free plan is intended to allow users to evaluate the Service before purchasing a subscription.
NARRATA may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue the Free plan or any included features at any time without prior notice.
Free accounts may be subject to additional usage limits, slower processing speeds, reduced feature availability or other restrictions compared to paid plans.
10. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades
Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time through the available billing portal.
Subscription changes become effective according to Stripe's billing rules and the selected billing option.
Credit allocations may change when a subscription changes.
NARRATA reserves the right to prevent abuse of upgrades and downgrades intended solely to gain additional credits.
11. Failed Payments
If a recurring subscription payment cannot be successfully processed, NARRATA may:
- suspend access to paid features;
- pause future credit allocations;
- restrict access to subscription-only functionality;
- cancel the subscription after a reasonable payment recovery period.
Access may be restored after successful payment.
12. Cancellations
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Cancellation does not immediately terminate access to paid features.
Users retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for.
No additional charges will be made after cancellation unless the subscription is reactivated.
13. AI Generated Content
NARRATA uses artificial intelligence technologies provided by both proprietary systems and third-party AI providers.
Generated outputs are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, hallucinations or other errors.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and editing all generated content before publishing, distributing or otherwise relying upon it.
NARRATA makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- factual accuracy;
- originality;
- legal compliance;
- copyright status;
- suitability for any specific purpose;
- business performance.
14. No Performance Guarantee
NARRATA is designed to help creators improve content packaging.
However, NARRATA does not guarantee:
- increased views;
- increased subscribers;
- increased click-through rate;
- improved audience retention;
- monetization;
- YouTube algorithm performance;
- search rankings;
- sponsorship opportunities;
- revenue;
- viral content.
Any examples, case studies or marketing materials are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
15. User Content
Users retain ownership of all content uploaded to NARRATA.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- scripts;
- prompts;
- thumbnails;
- titles;
- descriptions;
- ideas;
- uploaded documents;
other creator content.
By submitting content to the Service, users grant NARRATA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license solely for the purpose of operating, processing and delivering the requested functionality.
NARRATA does not claim ownership of user content.
User content is not used to train AI models.
16. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- violate applicable laws;
- upload illegal content;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- attempt unauthorized access;
- interfere with platform security;
- distribute malware;
- reverse engineer the Service;
- scrape data from the platform;
- use automated bots to abuse the Service;
- create multiple accounts to bypass credit limits;
- manipulate billing systems;
- exploit software vulnerabilities;
- resell access to NARRATA without written authorization;
- use stolen payment methods;
- submit fraudulent chargebacks.
NARRATA may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action, including suspension or permanent account termination.
17. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the NARRATA platform, including but not limited to its software, source code, algorithms, user interface, design, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, documentation, workflows, AI prompts, databases, and all related intellectual property, are owned by NARRATA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not:
- copy or reproduce the Service;
- modify or create derivative works;
- distribute, sublicense, lease or sell any part of the Service;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover the source code;
- remove copyright or proprietary notices;
- use the NARRATA name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
18. Feedback
We welcome feedback, suggestions, feature requests and ideas for improving NARRATA.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant NARRATA a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, implement and incorporate that feedback into the Service without compensation or attribution.
You are under no obligation to provide feedback.
19. Third-Party Services
NARRATA integrates with third-party services to provide certain functionality.
These services may include, but are not limited to:
- Stripe
- Google Authentication
- Apple Sign In
- AI model providers
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Other infrastructure or AI providers introduced in the future.
Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
NARRATA is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security or policies of third-party providers.
20. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
21. Availability of the Service
We strive to provide reliable access to NARRATA.
However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- secure;
- available at all times.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- infrastructure failures;
- security incidents;
- third-party outages;
- force majeure events.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
22. Beta Features
From time to time, NARRATA may release beta or experimental features.
Beta features are provided for evaluation purposes only.
- Such features may:
- contain bugs;
- change without notice;
- be discontinued at any time;
- be unavailable to all users.
Beta features are provided "as is" without additional warranties.
23. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
NARRATA expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- non-infringement;
- uninterrupted availability;
- accuracy of AI-generated content;
- compatibility with third-party platforms;
- expected business or creative outcomes.
No advice or information obtained from NARRATA creates any warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NARRATA, its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Service;
- inability to access the Service;
- loss of data;
- loss of revenue;
- loss of business opportunities;
- interruption of business;
- AI-generated outputs;
- decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to NARRATA during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law.
25. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- violate these Terms;
- abuse the credit system;
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- initiate fraudulent chargebacks;
- attempt to compromise platform security;
- use stolen payment methods;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- engage in illegal activity.
Upon termination:
- your access to the Service may be revoked;
- unused credits may be forfeited;
- your subscription may be cancelled;
- applicable legal obligations will continue to survive termination.
26. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will become effective upon publication on our website or through other reasonable notice.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
27. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Slovenia.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. As a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of the country in which you reside.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NARRATA regarding your use of the Service.
30. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
NARRATA does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution
as competent to resolve consumer disputes arising from these Terms.
Consumers may nevertheless contact us at team@narrata.studio, and we will make
reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute directly.
